I've been cooking for myself..... for a long time. You know, I've always enjoyed cooking, but quickly noticed that cooking for one is really different than cooking for a family. I've realized that using recipes intended for a family was leaving me with lots of leftovers that I wouldn't look forward to eating for days and days and days, and that affected my creativity in the kitchen. Because of my experiences cooking for one and my background being a registered dietitian, I want to help others in my same boat.
