Hey Parents! Are You Feeling Overwhelmed about School this Year?

Join us to learn how to stay calm and not go crazy!

This affordable workshop will cover ways to shift your mindset and ideas to cope for parents.

"While I obviously can't change your situation, you can learn to find peace and relief amidst the chaos and feel more like you can access your best self going into the new school year."

Mindset is the key to coping.  An unhelpful mindset gets in the way of stabilizing emotions, problem solving, and emotional connection.

In this 90-120 minute workshop, we will be working on real ways to shift to a helpful mindset and practical solutions to keep the peace at home as we move through another difficult chapter in coping with the Pandemic.

We will be covering:

-5 Important Ways to Practice Helpful Thinking

-Ways to cope for Yourself

-Ways to help your Kids cope

-Tools and Thoughts about Navigating School pressures and challenges

Information for the workshop is taken from evidenced-based strategies for anxiety management and parenting tactics.
