Many women I ‘ve spoken to recently would love to go out to parties this festive season and enjoy themselves. I used to struggle with this too. I looked forward to going to parties, but somehow, when I was there, my anxiety would rise, the brain fog would set in and I wouldn’t know what to say. So I would stay quiet and listen, feeling awkward and self-conscious.
