What is in the programme:
Each week on our live 45 minute call we will cover:
Week 1: Life check in, where are you now and where would you love to be in 6 months - 1 year.
Week 2: What is draining your energy and how to work with your energy
Week 3: Time priorities and identifying what needs to be tweaked
Week 4: Habits and boundaries to protect your own wellbeing
Week 5: your strengths analysis: how they can improve your happiness, boost relationships and contribute to greater success at work.
Week 6: Techniques for positive mindset and mindfulness techniques to restore calm in the chaos.
Workbook with additional resources on Personality Profiling, Identifying your values which steer you ( your compass), finding your passion, inner child work, your support network, positivity exercises and more management of time and energy tips.
Each week there will be an exercise to work through in your own time, that compliments the following live session.
Each exercise will take approx 45 minutes for thinking time and writing down your ideas and answers.
You'll also work at your own pace on your unique Wellbeing and Personal Development plan throughout the 6 weeks and beyond, with support through the private facebook group to keep you on track, helping you take the necessary steps with CONFIDENCE to live the life YOU want!
So what does this look like in reality:
Live group calls each week( 45 mins) for 6 weeks, covering a different topic in relation to the workbook and Q & A. Sessions will be recorded if you can’t make one.
Workbook to work through for the 6 weeks, to include your unique Wellbeing and Personal Development plan.
Email round ups after each session
Private FB group with tips, advice and prompts and check ins with other group members each week. A safe space to share and receive support.
Check in one month after the end of course for 30 minutes 1:1.
Extras: Aditional 45 minute 1:1 coaching session to be taken within the 6 weeks ( £130 normally, £50 'beta' programme cost)
Follow up 1:1 for course feedback at the end of the 6 weeks.
