Module 1- Prepare Your Body
Learn the Science Behind Intermittent Fasting and Why it Works
I've been teaching intermittent fasting for years, and before that I taught the calorie reduction model. I have seen amazing healing and disease reversal happen with fasting, where calorie reduction repeatedly failed.
I will teach you how appetite, weight gain, and most disease is a result of hormone imbalance, and how you can get your hormones back into balance. We will also review why calorie reduction fails and why intermittent fasting is so powerful.
Module 2- Extend Fasts
Mastering The Fast
Which type of fasting is for you? There are many different approaches, and what works well for your friend may not work the same for you. Intermittent fasting, alternate day fasting (ADF), extended fasts, time-restricted eating, and one meal a day (OMAD) will all be covered, as well as modified versions of these. Health goals and chronic issues will be addressed, so you know which version of fasting is the best fit for you!
Module 3- Alter Nutrition
Mastering The Feast
The feast is just as important as the fast! What you use to rebuild what you used during a fast is extremely important. This is where many intermittent fasting programs fail, as they do not give clear direction on what foods to focus on during the eating window. You will learn which foods provide satiety and fullness, and which foods drive obesity and chronic illness.
Module 4- Clean, Challenge, and Change
Switching things up
The body is always looking to be at homestasis, and switching things up is critical for long-term results and sustainability. Everyone reaches a progress stall at some point... what are you going to do to reach your best health? This module gives you many strategies to try.

To see complete healing, you may need to examine a few other areas. Food sensitivities, digestion, special diets, and special occasions are all covered in this final module.

A: No. One module a week is released through our private portal. I do this to avoid overwhelm and so that you can focus on implementing the concepts taught that week! Every week are LIVE group coaching sessions in our closed group, you so have the opportunity for lifelong education and support.
Q: Will you be available and accessible to answer questions if I get stuck?
A: Absolutely! I moderate the Facebook group myself, so you have access to my expertise at all times. You also have the opportunity to be coached every week during our LIVE meetings. In addition, you can message me or the group privately via a closed and confidential portal.
