You've always been everyone's go-to person. The one people turn to when something needs to get done.

You pride yourself on being a dedicated hard worker. The one people rely on to go the extra mile. You come in early and stay late to make sure deadlines aren't missed. You take on a majority of the responsibilities at home to make sure your family has everything they need. Through your dedication, hard work and perseverance you've been able to achieve so much in your career.

On the outside, it looks like you have everything that someone would want. But on the inside you feel like a hot mess and can’t get rid of the nagging voice telling you that you didn’t actually earn this success. It whispers that you only got as far as you did through sheer luck. So, you do what you do best, you buckle down and work harder.

But as you got closer to your goals, you hit a wall. You realized that you were stressed and feeling so overwhelmed both at home and at work. And for a while now, with your endless list of to-do’s, it’s getting harder to feel like you've actually accomplished anything.

Even though you’ve reached some incredible milestones in your career and your dreams are coming true, you have to admit that you can’t keep going on like this.

Chasing the goal used to be exciting and fun. When you reached that goal it used to make you feel proud and good about yourself, but now it feels more like a game, like a hustle. Where you do more and more to try to quiet the voice that tells you that you’re not enough.

It feels a bit like chasing a plastic bag in the wind. Every time you think you're getting closer the wind picks up and the goal line ends up moving farther away.

The pressure you feel is suffocating. You’ve read all the self-help books. You've listened to a few podcasts and watched a Netflix special or two. You know the importance of vulnerability and know you should reach out, but you still find yourself at events and get-togethers surrounded by people and feeling so alone.

You're ready to stop hustling for your worth.

You’re ready to let go of perfection.

You're tired of the constant striving. You feel defeated. And frustrated. And overwhelmed. You know in your head that your worth isn’t tied up in all these accomplishments but you can’t help feeling like a failure when you get that one piece of negative feedback.

You’ve learned a lot about yourself over the years. You’re positive that if you just knew the right things to do, you’d feel so much more confident and less stressed. You need to cut through all the noise out there and find clear effective action steps that you can take and apply in your life.

You’re ready for step-by-step guidance that is going to walk you through what you need to do to stop the inner critic so that you can feel more confident and have better relationships.

Finding the Middle Path is an online evidence-based skills program that gives you tangible techniques backed by research to improve emotional well-being.

Improve adaptability, flexibility & social connection so that you can let go of perfection, foster self-compassion & build meaningful relationships.

FINDING THE MIDDLE PATH ISN'T A COURSE

It isn't a one-time workshop or event where you're learning high-level concepts and vague strategies. You won't be left out in the wind to sort out the information alone, wondering how to apply it in your life. You won't be inundated with lesson plans filled with videos of an instructor droning on reading slides.

FINDING THE MIDDLE PATH ISN'T A SUPPORT GROUP

You won't be sitting in a room talking with strangers about your darkest fears. You won't be processing and talking through your past traumas and triggers. While the content is influenced by evidenced based modalities such as DBT/RO-DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy/Radically Open DBT), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and Neuroscience it is psycho-educational in nature focused on gaining skills.

IN FACT, IT'S AN IN-THE-MUCK, SOLUTION FOCUSED MENTORSHIP
