Every week you will get 3 video trainings to work on your goals over the course of several weeks.
The longer sequences will be around 20-30 minutes, the daily flow around 10 minutes so you can easily build up a routine.
We all know horse people do NOT have any spare time left ;)
Right?!
Hips, hamstrings, inner groins, calves... for equestrians these areas are very tense.
Stress can have an impact on your neck and shoulders and so on your horse while riding. Back pain is also a common enemy for many equestrians, let's work on this!
As we all know: consistency is key and a little training every day will make you progress fast and reach your goals!
BONUS: stable stretch warm-up video!
YES! In this program i offer options for beginners up to advanced yogi's. So no worries, you'll have fun on your own level!
This program is made for EVERY rider. It does not matter if you're a professional jumper, dressage rider or eventer that wants to improve their performance or just an "at home equestrian" that likes to go for long walks with their horse and wants to improve the connection/communication with the horse, improve your seat in the saddle and improve overall rider wellness!
You can follow it at your own pace and time a day.
You have acces to the video's for 6 months if you buy these seperately as a program.
BUT, If you are an Equi-Yoga @home 'yearly member" you get unlimited acces during the years you are a member!
No. You can do all the trainings without any special equipment.
In some sessions we use a yoga pillow or yoga blocks and straps but if you do not want to invest in these you can easily use a belt as a yoga strap, pillows from the couch as a yoga pillow and thick, heavy books or chairs as blocks.
