Are you ready to take the

Free 3-day Food Safety Challenge?

For so long and through so much trial and error both my refrigerator and pantry were a total disaster. The pantry was inviting bugs and strange things were growing on some of my food in the refrigerator. I figured out a simple system to properly store my perishables and dry goods, which not only left my refrigerator and pantry organized, but it showed me when it was time to toss out food before it made my family sick.

The Free 3-day food safety challenge is what you need to keep your food safe, and your family safer.

The challenge is FREE and will be delivered to you daily for 3 days via email filled with actionable steps you can immediately put into place.

48 Million people a year acquire a food-borne illness.

Over 6 Million cases of food poisoning occur in private homes

Don't let your family be a statistic!

Have you or your loved ones ever had food poisoning?

  • weakness
  • nausea
  • headaches
  • dehydration

Food poisoning can happen in your own home and not just at a restaurant.

Learn to stop food poisoning before it happens to you or your family.

This is my story...

When I was a young stay-at-home mom of two boys, I struggled not only to keep my house clean (which never happened), and to make healthy and wholesome meals.

In theory both sounded really great; however, money was really tight and the only food I was able to buy was bargain meat, day old bread and produce that had seen better days.

One of the many problems I experienced was, I wasn't the best cook. Back when I was a kid my mother did all the cooking. Heck, she even made the first meal I made to serve to my boys father when we were dating.

If I didn't have the skills to cook, how could I have the skills to know anything about food hygiene?

I tried my best, yet failed miserably.

Between my poor cooking skills and lack of food hygiene practices, my family was the ones to pay the price.

If the Parmesan cheese had a moldy piece, I picked it off and grated the rest. If a strawberry was getting fuzzy from mold, I would just cut that piece off and use it for fruit salad.

I want you to learn from my mistakes

What you do today, will impact the health of your family tomorrow.

😥I went from racing through the grocery store aisles, tossing in what was on my shopping list without looking if the package was damaged, opened, contained weevils, or if expirations dates were current.

To..

😊Taking my time by examining the packages for tears, bugs, mold, and verifying all of the expiration dates were current.

----------------------------

😥I went from shopping at day-old bread stores and picking off the beginning of mold growth...

To...

😊Utilizing coupons to save money on fresh bread and if I noticed a mold spore starting to form, I threw out the bread, refusing to serve it to my family.

----------------------------

😥I went from haphazardly putting the new food in my refrigerator in front of the old food...

To...

😊Taking an inventory of my refrigerator, freezer and pantry items with their expiration dates, discarding food that was lying dormant for years, untouched and spoiled.

Once, I put these small yet powerful actions into play by focusing on what I was doing, by not cutting corners or rushing, my family stopped getting sick.
