The Everyday Athlete Training Blueprint contains everything you need to know about how to be the athlete you want to be.

As an Everyday Athlete, you thrive off physical activity. You're at your best when you push yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. You understand how training properly and making progress in the gym transfers over to you excelling in the other areas of you life.

But at the end of the day, you're not a full time athlete. You have other stresses, responsibilities, and areas you want to win in.

These things take from the same tank of physical, mental and emotional energy that your training does. This is why the training templates you've tried before don't work.
