I’m passionate about guiding you on your yoga journey and gaining confidence in yourself and English yoga practices.
If you feel lost in your yoga practices and insecure about your communication with your fellow yogis, or if you want to learn more about yoga than just ‘asana’ and focus on your personal-development as well, I help you become the confident and autonomous English yoga practitioner and/or yoga teacher you want to be.
As a fanatical language learner, English teacher, and yoga instructor myself, I recognise how difficult it can be to make yourself understood in another language.
Pronunciation, vocabulary, new expressions; they’re all part of gaining fluency and confidence. Especially when learning the language of yoga in English: this isn’t an easy task.
Sometimes life is just too full-on and we don’t know where to find help or start improving anymore. You start to doubt yourself and could really need that extra push and support to get you back on track.
I’ve been there too: I studied hard, made mistakes, forced myself to stay focused even when I struggled. My yoga practice has brought me a lot of stability and gives me the motivation to keep developing myself in all aspects of life. Through my learnings I found the tools ‘to be ok’ with the unknown and stay motivated even when my ‘old mind’ would want to give up.
And, I can promise you now, after years of experience of committed learning and self-development… ¨Practice, and all will come¨.
