Hi, I am Tereza. A mum to a 5 year old boy and a Personal Trainer.
I went from overweight and depressed zombie mum to a foxy fit lady within a few months. It hasn't happened overnight.
I started by replacing my breakfast cake for a better meal and doing 5 mins yoga stretches every morning in my underwear with my 2 year old climbing all over me.
Small tweaks and continuous changes got me where I am today (plus my education of course - but that's nothing without implementation) and I've learnt how to stay this way too.
Now I teach other mums who also run their own business how to get foxy fit while being busy with life and stay that way.

I woke up this morning and did some gentle exercise in the first time in a long time. I used muscles that I haven't in a long long time. My fitness has declined so much since September but with the help of Tereza and her brilliant exercise group I know I will get better. If you want short exercises that you can fit in with the kids being around Tereza's group is fab.

What I love about Foxy Ladies is that Tereza doesn't just throw information and workouts at you and let you get on with it. She offers a reassuring presence through the FB group, checking in with you and allowing you that space to share any challenges and wins. She is also regularly updating the workout content, which I'm only just starting to get through and I'm finding it brilliant - highly effective, engaging and easy to slot into my day! She's also just a mine of information about water intake, sleep, nutrition and specific exercise goals!
