The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle and is a time to set intentions for the future, embracing new projects, dreams, ideas, and of all the changes you wish to invite in your lives.
This New Moon comes with a solar eclipse, closing this two week eclipse corridor, that has lasted since the previous Full Moon, and bringing us a resolution for our unresolved issues. It is a perfect time to pause and really think "What is it that I truly wish for?"
This dynamic movement meditation practice for women aims at combining meditation and intuitive dance as tools to go within, to release & transform the culmination of this cycle.
Here we will connect our mind and body through various breathing and movement techniques, combining the elements of ecstatic dance, yoga, tantra, intuitive dance and more.
It is all about freedom, feeling good, and finding some time for yourself to enjoy that state.

Your Guide
Neringa is a vocalist, voice coach, yoga practitioner, and sound and movement therapy facilitator.
She has been exploring the relationship between the physical body and mental health for a long time now. She has notably been studying this relationship within the female body and has successfully worked with women, individually and in groups, to support them in accessing inner freedom and confidence through dance, movement, sounding and meditation.
