If we would've met back in 2008, you would never have guessed I'd be where I am now. I used to be SUPER shy without any self-esteem. In 2009, I changed my life when I learned how to lift weights. It's what inspired me to become a personal trainer really, so I could share that confidence building power with women everywhere.

Over time, my mission has evolved to encompass more areas of health, like being an advocate for functional medicine, eliminating toxic products, and cooking REAL FOOD at home.
