Is your child struggling with anxiety?
Are they unwilling to try anything?
Is their behaviour out of character and causing stress to the whole family?
BEHIND EVERY BEHVIOUR THERE IS A FEELING
BEHIND EVERY FEELING IS ENERGY
In holistic therapy terms this energy affects the energy centres of our body which are known as chakras and if the feelings are negative and therefore the energy is negative it can cause blockages in the chakra system which leads to more disruption.
We have seven main chakras in our body, each represented by a different colour of the rainbow and each affected by different feelings. By using the unique properties of each chakra we can correct the imbalances and in so doing help children believe in themselves, their unique superpowers and their special place in the world.
In this guide then you will learn about:
The 7 main chakras in our body
The feelings and physical issues that can be linked to each chakra
Simple activities you can do with your child linked to the unique properties of each chakra to correct the imbalances
I opened my business in 2018 with the aim of helping people manage adversity in a holistic way so they can find the freedom to flourish and live their best life.
My passion has always been supporting children to believe in themselves and realise they are unique and valued no matter what.
As an Holistic Therapist and qualified Pharmacist with experience teaching and working in special needs schools and as a parent of a dyslexic child, I understand how frustrating it can be both as a parent and from the child’s point of view when they are struggling and can’t explain what is wrong.
Children find it difficult to express emotions and if they are not taught to recognise, understand and work through them, they can end up suppressing the negative ones, which then causes large amounts of stress to course through the body and can lead eventually to ill health.
Children have so much to give and yet we are seeing more and more children suffering with mental health issues which then impacts the whole family.
Emotions are basically energy and if we can help children release their negative energy and build their positive energy instead then they will develop greater resilience, better coping skills, perform better at school and have a more positive sense of self
I believe complementary therapies with a splash of art, colour and music, provide the answer. Combined with traditional medicine , if necessary, they are versatile, yet extremeley powerful, working on the mind and body to provide a truly holistic approach to the health and well-being of the whole family.
