The Friday Health Club

The Friday Health Club is where we enjoy a fun and interesting zoom video meet up in great company. 

Our guest speakers share their expertise and wisdom, and we follow up with a group discussion after the talk. 

When time allows, we go into breakout rooms to get to know each other more intimately and make new contacts and friends.

We´ve enjoyed many laughs and learned plenty of health tips from each other and our guest presenters over the years. 

The monthly membership subscription is just £8 which contributes towards the cost of administration, or you can save £16 if you pay annually.

Recordings of each presenter are available to attendees and we have an active Telegram group for sharing information and keeping in touch between meetings.
