Hi, I’m Leah, founder of Lakora Yoga. I am a fully qualified Yoga teacher, accredited with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
If you feel naturally inflexible, like you are never going to be able to touch your toes or get into wheel pose then snap! That was me about 10 years ago. I have never been naturally flexible so I found what worked best for me and my body.
Since then I have been teaching others how they can gain flexibility whilst in a stiffer / tighter body.
I am not going to lie and say you will be miss flexible at the end of this, because 5 days is not enough! However, you will receive the tools you need to understand your body more and gain some practices that if consistently done will majorly increase your flexibility!
