I am Lisa Tighe and I run Lisa Tighe Therapy & Coaching where I help and support people overcome life changing obstacles using energy therapy, belief work and powerful coaching techniques.
I also run the Purpose and Passion Project
My passion lies in helping individuals create a life that they love, where it feels purposeful and full of happiness. I love to help people realise that they can be free from emotional limits.
My purpose and passion in life is to help as many people as I can live with purpose because when you live with purpose, everything feels just right.
This is a TRANSFORMATIONAL RETREAT!
My aim is to guide and help you to let go of what holds you back from living the life you really want and then help you to create a new exciting reality of happiness and freedom.

Returning for the retreat will be a group Breathwork Session, run by Sue Hawkins.
She will be leading this powerful session.
Breathwork is a powerful self-healing tool and is all about clearing, removing
energetic blocks, releasing trauma and stuck emotions through deep
breathing.
Cacao Facilitator
Deb Nicholls
Deb is an experienced Cacao facilitator, tapping into the wisdom of indigenous Cacao ceremonies for spiritual and emotional growth. She channels the healing and wisdom of Mama Cacao, a gentle yet potent healer, guiding transformative journeys.
Sound & Energy Healing
Andrea Baines
Andrea Baines is an Intuitive Practitioner of Sound & Energy Alignment. As well as a 25 year background in energy and healing work, she has been channelling sound healing frequencies through her voice since 2012.
