I have designed a progressive 4 week fitness plan to get you golf ready.

This programme will improve the strength and flexibility of the muscles used during golf, as well as increase your overall fitness at the same time. It's a win win!

I can hand on heart say that since I became a PT 4 years ago and focussed more on strength training, my golf has improved, my handicap has reduced and on the whole its just been much more consistent when playing.
