Greenguard USA LLC’s (“Greenguard”) limited warranty applies only to products purchased from it. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship on the muzzle basket for one-year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
Greenguard does not warrant for material or workmanship defects that (i) are outside of the stated Warranty Period; or (ii) outside the normal use during the stated Warranty Period.
GREENGUARD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP FOR THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS: HALTER AND HALTER PARTS, GRAZING MUZZLE REPLACEMENT STRAPS.

Documentation to Provide to Us
Please keep the original invoice in your records to provide a copy to us when making a claim for materials or workmanship warranted by Greenguard, or the manufacturer.
What We Will Do to Correct Materials or Workmanship Covered Within Warranty Period
If Greenguard (i) is made aware of your claim within the applicable limited warranty period; (ii) the problem you are experiencing is caused by material or workmanship defects or the muzzle basket is damaged or broken, then we will ship a replacement part to you. Such replacement Product or Products will be provided at no charge to our customer and is your exclusive remedy. This remedy is limited to one replacement per purchased product covered within the warranty period.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: GREENGUARD’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE PRODUCT WHETHER ARISITNG IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF DAMAGES, BE THEY CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNATIVE OR OTHERWISE.
Any warranties, express or implied, offered by Greenguard USA LLC are subject to the requirements of the North Carolina Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the Federal Trade Commission.
