Kira Whitham holds a Master’s in Health and Nutrition Education from Hawthorn University, as well as an additional 40+ hours of functional medicine training through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, Institute of Functional Medicine, and Metabolic Healing. She combines the principles of holistic nutrition and functional medicine to help people bring their bodies back to their intended state of wellness. She is a firm believer in the healing power of food and works hard to help her clients improve their relationship with food while gaining an understanding of what nourishes and depletes the body.


Denise Loutfi is an Applied Functional Medicine Coach and a Certified Health Coach, with certifications from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and The School of Applied Functional Medicine. She teaches working women to eat fresh, whole foods to increase energy and lose weight. She helps her clients get to the root cause of their symptoms, rather than providing a 'band aid approach,' so they are able to live the life they are meant to. Denise believes that it’s every mother’s birthright to live happy, bloat free, and without chronic health issues. She is also a part time speech language pathologist with over a decade of working with students with different disabilities ranging from mild to severe.
