Kristin Krippa, M.A., is the Owner and Clinical Director of Krippa Family Psychological & Wellness Services. She has been a Psychologist for 28 years working with children, teens, and adults. She became interested in sandplay therapy more than 25 years ago and was intrigued by the healing benefits of using sand therapy with clients. She recently became an Internationally Credentialed Sandtray Therapist. She is excited to expand the use of Sandtray by providing sandtray trainings to clinicians.

After taking this training, participants will be able to achieve the following learning objectives:
1. Discuss how sandtray can be used therapeutically with these ages and what mental health concerns may benefit from sandtray use.
2. Demonstrate how to introduce sandtray to these populations.
3. Analyze and discuss 2 case studies of adults using sandtray.
4. Identify and use 10 directives to be used with each age group.
5. Demonstrate the skills used in processing a sandtray with these populations.
6. Discuss 5 themes often seen in sandtray and understand what they may indicate.
6. Analyze and discuss 2 case studies of teens using sandtray.
7. Experience processing sandtrays with group participants. Understand how sandtray can be used in family therapy.
