How am I feeling today? is a year-long, undated, and structured journal that is underpinned by neuroscience.
It was designed by Angie in an incredibly challenging time in her life and that was when she lost her beloved mentor, her mother to cancer. she needed something to help her anchor down on the positives in life and make sense of a world that seemed to be in chaos.
How am I feeling today? was born when Angie could not find a journal that would enable her to monitor those daily thoughts feelings and actions, that are so often missed but are paramount to our health and well-being. She has also incorporated space for planning and reflecting on goals and practicing her daily mind management skills, such as meditation, gratitude, affirmations, and a way to monitor daily moods alongside the moon.
After years of struggling with Depression, anxiety and grief, Angie was introduced to personal development in 2014, which helped her gain the confidence to make better choices and change her and her daughter’s life for the better.
In February 2018, Angie suddenly had to deal with the sudden death of her mother and the hateful words and actions of those she once called family all over again, but this time she was different. Finding her mother’s diary led Angie to start journaling, something she had heard about on her path of self-discovery and recovery but never understood or could find the right one for her.
This created an even bigger turning point in Angie`s life, she found an even bigger way to handle her grief and pain. After some trial and error, Angie created `How am I feeling today? `
Angie is now helping many others gain more clarity, connection, and inner growth by improving their mindset and personal growth, with the use of her journaling practice, personal development and her own 7-week mind management program.
