I love working with runners and helping them reach to goals and accomplish things they never thought were possible. When I can get a group of runners together working towards the same goal, in this case a half marathon, magic happens. So let's do it! Commit to training for a half marathon from June 30, 2019 to September 28, 2019.

I will be coaching you virtually. You'll receive a half marathon training plan, a closed group to share your questions and training and weekly group videos chat to go over the training plan, running and strength training topics and answer your questions. You will also be able to e-mail me any questions you have. Not only will you have me as your coach, you'll have a group of runners all training for a half marathon. There will be a lot of support available as you train!

 This program if right for you if:

  • You want a supportive coached half marathon training plan
  • You're able to do the workouts on your own but report back to the group how you're doing
  • You're looking to run a fall half marathon
  • You're looking for a balanced training plan to get you to the finish line
  • Your training plan will include running, strength training and flexibility workouts
  • You want to have a fun summer of working out!
