The Mission
From the moment we first opened our door three years ago, we've dedicated our efforts to considering ways in which we could give back to our patients and their loved ones. Nothing brings us more joy than to see the final result of a smile that's been refined to its best form and function.
A beautiful smile can change someone's outlook, and we'd like to provide a truly deserving individual with the chance to experience a personal transformation. If you know someone who's life could be powerfully impacted by a change in their appearance, we'd like to hear about them!
The Rules
#1
Submissions can only be made by current HDD patients of record in good standing. There is a limit of one submission per patient, and patients cannot nominate themselves.

Candidates should be in good physical condition and willing/able to undergo dental treatment.

Nominees must consent to having their experience documented and published. We want this to serve as an inspiration for others!
The Timeline
Submissions can be made at any time between now and February 1st, 2020. We will be selecting and announcing a winner on Valentine's Day!
