I know this journey can feel overwhelming and confusing. When I first embarked on my healing & wellness journey, there was SO much information out there that I tried it allll and still felt stuck. In fact, I almost had to get unhealthier before getting healthier. It felt like obsessing over what I put into my body, what workouts I was doing and wellness in general was my only chance at feeling good and loving my life. But, sadly, the more I obsessed over "wellness" trends I saw online, the worse I felt about myself & my life. Until one day I decided enough was enough.
It took YEARS of my own research, experimentation, self-development, studying Nutrition in college and yoga afterwards, and self-care practices I found on my own to finally heal. To fall in love with food again. With my body. And with nourishing my soul. & I don’t want this to be the case for you!
