Helen Monk

I am a degree qualified, registered nutritional therapist, a full member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the register for Nutritional Therapists recognised by the Department of Health.

I live the 80-20 rule, so that occasional glass of wine is balanced with loads of home-cooked food, brimming with flavour and healthful nutrients. My philosopy is not about faddy diets, but in promoting a healthy relationship with food, and your body. You won’t have to buy loads of special ingredients or so-called superfoods, unless you really enjoy getting creative at meal-times!
