2019 Submissions Are Now Open

The Katapult Helping Hands Project is back for the second year and, this time, we're offering a registered charity £10,000 worth of pro bono guest experience design support.

What we're looking for...

A destination based charity

This year, we want to focus our support on helping a museum, heritage centre, or leisure attraction with a charitable status. Basically a destination based charity, and the destination must be a registered charity.

A guest experience project

Our team are experts in creating a great guest experience for clients in the leisure and attractions industry. We want to hear from a destination based charity who need an exhibition, retail or communal space in need of a rethink. Thinking of hosting a pop-up event or experience? We can help with that too.

A commitment to the project

To make the project come to life, we want to work with a museum, heritage centre or leisure attraction with a charitable status that can dedicate their own time, resource and research to the project. We will invest up to £10,000 worth of our expertise. 

How does it work?

Shortlist and Appoint

The deadline is Friday 11th Jan 2019. We will shortlist and appoint our chosen charity.

Meet and Plan

We will host a kick-off meeting and create a plan of how we will 'spend' our time on your project!

Create and Open

We will work with you to create, plan and design your new guest experience space.

Submit Your Charity
