The Habits of Happiness Wellbeing course offers a wide range of benefits. By learning the step-by-step blueprint to increase happiness, participants can improve their own well-being and raise their confidence, self-worth, and resilience.

The program has its roots in the science of happiness, heart math, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection.

The course also promotes emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and a growth mindset, which can help individuals navigate life's challenges and build stronger relationships with themselves and others. The combination of the science of happiness and the simple morning routine makes it easy for participants to put what they learn into practice and develop positive, healthy habits that support their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

These skills are particularly valuable in today's fast-paced and often stressful world and can help mitigate feelings of anxiety and stress caused by the various changes and concerns in daily life.

Upon completion, you may be eligible to receive a 28-hour CPD certificate in the Habits of Happiness Wellbeing  from The Habits of Happiness Coaching. On further study, you can become a professional Trainer in HOH©. The application to be a trainer can be made upon successful graduation from the foundation course.Who can Apply? Anyone who has an interest in personal development or wishing to go on to become an HOH facilitator may apply.

Course Aims:

Course Format: Sessions will include a range of group discussions, videos, group and solo exercises, and meditation. Participants will be given a workbook to use throughout the course, which will include a range of tools and techniques that they can use in their daily lives to help improve their resilience, self-esteem, happiness, and well-being. The course is carried out online on a weekly basis via a secure Zoom line. Each session will last 1.5 hours, and the final session will last approximately 30 minutes. The course is primarily experiential, and you are encouraged to truly immerse yourself as well as contribute to the group.

  1. Session 1 – What is Happiness? Mental Habits of Happiness
  2. Session 2 – The importance of intention: How our thoughts can increase our happiness
  3. Session 3 – Mindfulness and meditation and happiness
  4. Session 4 – The power of gratitude: The science of compassion and kindness
  5. Session 5 – Why visualization and goal setting can help increase your happiness
  6. Session 6 – How movement can affect our happiness
  7. Session 7 – Follow-up session
