The Holidays Delivered offers unique vintage trailers with modern-day conveniences for the ideal camping (or glamping) experience!
We deliver and set up your trailer so you can start your camping adventure as soon as you arrive! And when you check out you just ensure everything you used is cleaned and put back. That's it! We handle all the rest!
Friendly Guest Reminders:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Our trailers are mostly delivered to dry campsites (no hook-up). At these campsites, you will have water from the tanks inside the trailer and electric from solar panels. Both water and electric should be used conservatively, especially if you are staying for more than 2 nights and have more than 2 people. California State Campgrounds offer bathrooms, dish washing areas, and showers and we recommend you use these in addition when staying at a dry campsite so you don't run out of water.
- Small appliances can not be used in our trailers (i.e. no hair dryers, electric coffee makers, blenders)
- Only toilet paper we provide can be used in the trailers with toilets!!!
STEP ONE: Confirm Your Booking With Us
- Complete our contract: Click the button below to go to a digital form. Provide your campsite delivery details; provide a CC for the security deposit if we do not have this on file, and electronically sign that you are in agreement with our rental terms.
- You will get a copy of the PDF emailed to you. Forward this email to info@theholidaysdelivered.com or download and send us the copy as an attachment.
- You can also call us with your Security Deposit info and provide your CC over the phone: (833) 268-8956 or (202) 577-1032 to reach the booking coordinator, Addie.
- We must have your contract and security deposit info no later than two days before your reservation to ensure delivery of your trailer.
STEP TWO: Prepare for your stay

STEP THREE: Delivery of Your Trailer
- Your trailer will be set up at your campsite by our delivery team. We always aim to have it ready by the 2pm CA State Park check-in time. Some campgrounds will not allows us to enter early and so your trailer will be set up roughly 45 minutes after we are allowed to enter.
- Our team will communicate with you on the day of your rental to let you know the trailer has been delivered and is ready for you!
- The trailer will be unlocked and a key left on the counter so that you can lock it once your personal items are inside. Please refer to Reserve California alerts about your particular campsite and take any precautions regarding theft and safety.
STEP FOUR: Check-Out
- Check-out from our trailers is at 11:00am. CA State parks require 12pm for check-out so we need an hour to break things down and ensure the trailer is removed from your campsite by noon.
- You do not need to wait for us to leave. Simply gather your personal belongings, clean any dishes/kitchen items you used during your stay and return to the cabinets, and leave the key on the shelf or counter where it was when you got there.
