- Completion of log of coaching hours.
- Mailing purposes such as, email newsletters.
- Content of coaching sessions.

Keep in regular contact with you as a client of HeadSphere.
- Completion of log of coaching hours, which is required for accreditation purposes in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
- Keep a record of the content and next steps of each coaching session. We may share this information with the ICF.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
