What times we live in! Anxiety and Depression have been on the rise for some time now. If you or someone you know is dealing with these issues there is help.
A natural healing approach makes sense and helps correct the underlying causes with down to earth therapies, practical advice and herbal support. Sometimes a combination of medical and natural is the best solution. Whatever works!
Natural healing does not work like the standard medical practices or Allopathic medicine. It is not a symptom and then herb format. Instead, it is a practice of addressing the entire being by looking at and evaluating how the person's body, mind, emotions and spirit are doing.
This course is a little bit different than the other Home Healer courses as we delve into the psychological components of the herbs a lot more. We will look at which herb fits the personality or profile of the person who is experiencing anxiety, stress and/or depression.
An examination of your life and where your stressors are will be looked at as you are as individual as a fingerprint.
We have audio recordings on various topics, the role of the emotions and mind on our wellbeing as well as many easy therapies one can do from their own homes.
Anyone can take this course! It contains practical advice and, easy-to-understand principles. I am always available for your questions.
You have two options with this course.
Option ONE you can do the course, the quizzes and the making of the herbal products.
Option TWO you can audit (take the course but not do the homework) and use the natural information. Your Choice!
BOTH choices are perfectly fine as I know people are busy.
