What Is The Challenge All About?

The goal of the In Between Stuffings Challenge is to maintain healthy habits and keep weight managed during a time of the year that is magical, yet stressful.

Instead of tossing our health and weight to the wind, we will keep our lifestyle goals at the forefront during the hustle and bustle of the holidays.

Our virtual group and calendar of daily tasks will give you the accountability you need, while still enjoying the holiday season.

After you sign up for the Challenge, you will receive a confirmation email. All starting materials will be emailed out a day or two prior to the Challenge.

In addition, you will meet each week virtually with Shana and the group for extra support!
