Aqua Strength is a full-body workout designed to build strength, improve mobility, and boost cardiovascular health—all with the gentle support and resistance of water. In this fun and energizing class, we’ll use pool noodles and bodyweight movements to challenge muscles in new ways while protecting your joints. You'll move with intention, increase your range of motion, and get your heart pumping—all in a low-impact, feel-good environment. Only 6 spots!
