I want to empower people to do the things they love most, whether it's running marathons, pain free gardening or keeping up with their (grand)children.
I was struggling to commit to a regular and consistent form of strengthening to complement my running but I have now been having weekly reformer sessions with Monika for over 8 months. I had foot pain that despite good treatment and self-management I couldn't quite shift. I was impressed with Monika's knowledge and passion so decided to try reformer sessions with her. I love that every movement targets a specific area but also challenges multiple areas at the same time. I have to concentrate and be present otherwise the control and coordination falls apart. I was concerned about being malco-ordinated with the reformer carriage and straps but Monika talks me expertly through each step, she is reassuring and adapts as needed. My foot pain has fully settled, my endurance with running on the trails has improved and I feel more toned. I cannot recommend this highly enough for anybody wanting to build healthier routines in to their week. Thank you Monika!
