In this FREE Yoga Challenge (6-8 May 2022, Fri-Sun), you will learn how to reach your toes, with minimal  agony!

Day 1

How to explore your body, find your strengths and current challenges to reaching your toes.

Day 2

How to bend forward effectively and without harm to self.

Day 3

How to use your breath successfully to ease pain (whether while stretching or on other occasions).

It’s time to learn how your body functions, so you can gain confidence as you move towards your future self!

Unless you’re a child, reaching your toes is not so simple.

Reaching your toes may be a lifelong goal but even now in your midlife, you experience resistance.

Picking things from the floor or lifting things (or persons) up, may cause your low back to protest, your butt or hamstrings to groan and your calves to feel like they’re being pulled apart.

You worry you may cause yourself injury - maybe even a slipped disc - as you lift things and put things down. I know I used to!

There is a method to reaching your toes.

Reaching your toes is not a just a case of flexibility.


No, it’s not!

It’s a process you can learn!

It’s a technique that lengthens your entire back body, from the shoulders all the way to your toes. And there is a method to:

  • draw each part open
  • stabilise the parts that need stabilising, and
  • lengthen the portions that need to be lengthened.

You can definitely reach your toes! Anyone can!

And I will teach you how to do it with skill and without anguish. Along the way, you may even dissolve any issues plaguing your low back, butt and calves!

Your journey to your toes may help you let go of emotions stored within your body (yes, we do have emotions stored in our body - learn more in the challenge!). Once we have released these limitations, we will be on the road towards success and abundance!

Many years ago, I was once in the same position. Getting all the way down to my toes wasn’t even something I could do when I was training to be a yoga teacher!

But… the penny dropped one day, and I want to share this with you!

The number one thing my clients in midlife tell me is they “can’t reach their toes” and, with this FREE Yoga Challenge, I hope to bring you to this goal as safely and comfortably as possible.

Reaching your toes is so much more than just the lengthening of muscles. It could also be the shedding of our own inner obstacles. Once these are released, you are empowered to expand into your limitless self!
