What we will do together

We will work together to prioritize and personalize systems that work according to your unique desires, needs, and circumstances. 

Typically, our work will cover these areas and usually in this order. But, if we need to spend more time in one area than another, my approach is flexible to allow for that. 

  • Clarify your voals: that’s a combination of goals and values that help motivate and inspire positive change on your unique terms.
  • Make time visible: Take inventory of where your time goes and ensure you have a good structure for creating time for what matters most for your goals and well being.
  • Create a tiny habits system so you can make effective actions that serve your voals automatic and easy to remember.
  • Develop a system for keeping track of plans so you feel like you have done “enough” to further your goals and can roll with the unplanned detours life brings.
  • Declutter physical spaces AND automatic negative thoughts that are getting in your way of focus, clarity, and peace and make that an easy system to keep up with.
  • Find creative solutions* for the issues that come up that throw a wrench into any of the above.

*Sometimes that “solution” is to give yourself and others plenty of grace, acceptance, and self-care for being a human in systems that aren’t in alignment with the nature of our identity, abilities, identity, or values.

No matter what your specific focus, your session will always include the following aspects: 


Reflect

The beginning of the session gives you a supportive and safe space to brain dump about what worked and didn't since we talked last. We will follow up on where we left off, catch up on what worked and what didn't since we last talked. If you need some structure, I have tools at the ready so you can do this clearly and effectively to help you release the mind clutter so we can pick through it and best organize our priorities for the session. 


Clarify and Organize 

Here we brainstorm, collaborate, and get creative about systems, routines, and next steps to help you move towards goals we have clarified. You bring your expertise on your circumstances what works best for you and I bring some exercises and tools that have been proven to work in the past for people with similar goals and circumstances.  Together we shape it up into a plan of action you feel clear and confident about. 


Integrate and Apply

Towards the end of each session, we will look ahead at potential obstacles that could get in your way and make sure you have your go-to support systems in place so your plan is easier and more likely to stick.
