"I absolutely love it! I think it's so good that there is a different perspective of the typical “cruel” Medusa displayed in this book. Especially in the beginning (“the pool scene”)! I think it's very emotional when the reader learns about her tragic past. Then first of course I hated how the guys treated her but her difficult feelings are so true and honest. I like the style of writing and love the story!"
"I have a soft spot for stories about Medusa and i'm so happy that i picked this book. Great start for this series. If you love Greek Mythology, RH and bully romance this one for you. I'm impatient to read the rest of this series!."
What a brilliant spin on not only the school bully RH genre but also the Gods and Goddesses genre too. In this book Medusa's (FMC) persona is completely turned on its head and you see a different side to her. Ostracized and shunned not only in life but now in her new human school she has to learn how to fit it. Which is hard for her to do when girls go missing and the fingers start pointing to her especially by Callan, Liam and Griffin. A trio of hot guys who are making it their mission to get her to leave the school. Lies, back stories, plenty of sexual tension as well as being fast-paced and action-packed. Good god it was a great read. I cannot wait until the next book!!
"I found this book a really good read, and loved the authors retelling of a Medusa story, including the Greek Mythology into the writing. I just found this story to be so good and I didn't want to put it down. The character development was well written and I enjoyed reading about Medusa as she learnt to be part of a human school. I am excited for the next book and finding out more about the relationships she is building."
"There are several versions of the story of Medusa. I really enjoyed this take in her own perspective. I found myself sympathizing with Medusa so much while reading. I always enjoy books where the "villain" is the main character because you don't often see the other side of situations when they are told from the hero's point of view. This version instantly had me intrigued and following along as I learned more about Medusa, her time at the human school, and the reason that people have begun to go missing with all signs pointing to her. I look forward to seeing how this story and Medusa’s relationship with Callan, Liam, and Griffin progress in the next book."
"This new series is insane!!! I cannot believe how amazing it is. Mainly focused on Greek mythology monsters with cameo appearances from some well known Greek gods to a few minor gods, this book has everything in it. Hot, protective men... betrayal, lust, heartache and action... this book has it. I cannot wait for the next book in the series."
