Drinking less long-term takes more than restricting your drinking for a month. It takes addressing WHY you struggle to control how much you drink.
To do that, you need to examine your desires, thoughts & beliefs about your life & yourself.
For the next week, I'm going to send you an email every day with questions that will serve as great journal prompts to help you see what's at the root of your struggle. You can then work on creating new thoughts that will help you change your relationship with alcohol.
