Alison DeNicola is a yoga & meditation teacher, energy healer and award-winning author who began her spiritual path almost 20 years ago with the study of yoga, meditation and hypnotherapy. She has continued to expand and explore through inspirational writing, teaching and other mind-body healing practices which include goddess activations, shamanic work, sound, chakra and angelic healing. As an international presenter and retreat leader, she is dedicated to supporting healing, personal growth and energetic alignment for herself and others. Christy Abate
Teacher, Yogi, Retreat Leader
Christy Abate is co-owner of The Angel Cooperative®, a metaphysical store and spiritual center in Ridgefield, CT. Christy is a Reiki Master, Priestess of the Rose Lineage, Karuna Reiki Practitioner, a 200hr certified yoga teacher, Level I Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Certified, and a crystal, shungite, and angel expert. She is an intuitive with extensive training in the chakras, subtle bodies, energy clearing and healing, Feng Shui principles, psychic mediumship development, and sound healing. She uses a variety of modalities in her workshops and retreats such as meditation, yoga, sound healing, essential oils, crystals, storytelling, Reiki, card readings and angelic energy. Christy is passionate about the goddess energy and her connection to the isle of Avalon.
