KATE BELLEMARE
Kate has over 15 years experience completing property appraisals. She graduated at St Laurence College in 2002 and has worked for the family business, R.D. Richardson Real Estate Ltd., as a full time appraiser from 2005 to 2021.
She is an active member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and has been designated as a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA P.App) since 2007.
Her experience includes valuations of:
