Follow this 7 minute routine with simple moves to wake you up gently, raising your strength, connecting to your energy and confidence. It starts with short stretches to prepare the muscles and joints to go onto more complex moves to wake your power up. If you are new to exercise I would suggest to start with the stretches only.
