It's Time to Change the Mind!


You just received an email that your town issued a stay at home order except for necessary activities starting 8 am the next morning to slow down a highly contagious virus.  Your first reaction is fear - What does this mean?! How long is thing going to last? What if I get sick? What if my family get sick? What's going to happen to my job? What if...?!

Because you started a meditation a couple of months ago, you are aware that your mind has started to go into Fear-mode.  So you take a moment to pause, take some deep breaths and let go of thoughts for a moment. The mind slows down and you feel calmer. You are able to think about what you are in control of right now and remember your intention of meeting challenges with more calm and ease.

From this, you are able to call your loved one and come up with a plan for getting a list of what groceries together with ease, touch base with your boss calmly, and keep reminding yourself to meet what is happening right now, which is comforting.

That evening, you and your family enjoy a delicious dinner, take a walk and play a game. You take ten minutes before bed to meditate. As you get into bed, you realize how wonderful it was to connect and have fun with your family, something that has happened in awhile. You are grateful and know deeply things will be alright. You sleep well that night.

What's Included

In this month long meditation course, you will break down the excuses, learn to meet the mind where it's at, and feel confident in maintaining a regular meditation practice so you can feel more calm, compassionate, and clear-minded in your daily life.

4 Weekly LIVE Online sessions

Each week for the month, there will be LIVE Online sessions and one recorded, with Twyla to learn about yogic meditation practices and build your personal home practice. A recording of these sessions will be available to you forever so that you can keep referring back to them!

Daily Live and Recorded Group Practice Sessions

EVERY DAY for the month, there will be either a live group session or recorded practice to keep you motivated and on track to practice meditation daily.  Research shows that it takes 21 days of consistent practice to start a habit!

Private FB Page to ask questions

You will have access to a Private Facebook Group to ask questions and receive support throughout the month and beyond!  You can keep getting support to continue your intention of a daily meditation practice with like-minded people!

Group Mediation Sessions

Twyla will lead group meditation sessions LIVE on most days at 7am.

These sessions will be recorded to use later on that day if you miss the morning session to fit it in to your schedule.
