In this 4-week cohort, you will pick up Soul Care practices for your anti-racism and social justice journey. Guided by Nya Abernathy of The Dignity Effect, each cohort includes coaching, gatherings, and materials for your road ahead.
You went to Montgomery, experienced a life-altering weekend, and came home. Now what? SOUL CARE is what's next. Your commitment to anti-racism and the larger effort of social justice has begun. How are you doing? What do you need to be all-in for the long-run?
Because it's something many of us are terrible at. And because we cannot show up well in social justice work without it. It's key because the journey of collective liberation isn't quick, and you need to be well-watered for the road ahead.
This space will help process your time in Montgomery with Legacy Trips so the transformation that has started can be continued. Together, we will locate where we are post-trip. Not just physically but emotionally and socially. You'll identify what internal resources you need, and gain accessible, contextual practices so you are well-watered for the journey. You'll do this through virtual gatherings, one-on-one coaching with Nya, and additional materials.
