One of the most underrepresented subgenres in romance literature is lesbian stories. In fact, traditional publishing rarely purchases lesbian stories, and often calls it something else to "soften" the look or uses terms like "sapphic" that the general public doesn't understand. That never happens with male/male stories, and gay romance is a widely excepted term. So should lesbian romance. The belief from the publishing industry is that the reader base is not there. 

No one wants to read lesbian and queer stories. 

It's time to prove everyone wrong.  

This listserv will be used to promote lesbian and queer stories to readers who not only know what they want, but are ready to proudly support these books to the world.
