Hi! Nice to meet you, and first of all thank you for being here.

Since I started my home yoga practice two years back, the time spent on the mat  has become a part of my daily routine, just like having a meal.
A delicious meal :)

Through dedicated, precise, mindful practice, I started noticing my body  changing, opening, realigning.
I feel deeply grateful for the immense positive impact yoga has on all the areas of my life, and I feel naturally passionate about sharing those with you!
