Before completing information and submitting your payment please read the following Waiver OF Liability, Terms and Agreements. 

Love Minus Limits Liability Waiver Form for the “Couples Cabin Getaway” event to be held October 24-27, 2024. GENERAL INFORMATION, RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDITIONS. RECEIPT OF ANY PAYMENT INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS STATED BELOW.

Completing this registration I am agreeing that I fully understand and agree that all monies paid are non-refundable (including deposit and paid in full payments). I also agree and fully comply that there will be NO REFUNDS unless Love Minus Limits, LLC cancels this trip. Although it is not refundable,  it can be transferred to another party in writing to hello@loveminuslimits.org. 

WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
To the best of my knowledge, I along with my partner are in good physical condition and fully able to participate in the Love Minus Limits Couples Cabin Getaway, October 24-27, 2024. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation on this trip, including physical injury or even death, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said events, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of participation in this getaway. I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Love Minus Limits, LLC or project, their officers, volunteers, agents, and employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in physical activity, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted. It is my expressed intent that this is a release and hold harmless agreement which shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and CONVENTION TO sue Love Minus Limits and above named RELEASES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

RESPONSIBILITY & RELEASE:
This document gives notice that Love Minus Limits does not own or operate any motor coaches, aircraft, cruise lines, catering facilities, hotels or attractions and that all arrangements have been made with motor coach companies, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services purchased in the trip upon the express condition that we shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, delay, bankruptcy, or any irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in providing transportation or other services. Love Minus Limits does not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these Independent suppliers over whom Love Minus Limits has no direct control. In the absence of negligence on Love Minus Limits part, therefore EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES Love Minus Limits for losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury, property damages, or other economic damage caused by such factors beyond Love Minus Limtis control. Because of unforeseen circumstances, Love Minus Limits reserves the right to withdraw any trip or make any change, with or without notice, In the event of inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, or other events beyond the control of Love Minus Limits that cause delays, It SHALL NOT BE the responsibility of Love Minus Limits to pay for resulting costs and expenses to the group or trip client, including additional lodging and meals. Furthermore, It SHALL NOT BE the responsibility of Love Minus Limits to reimburse the group or trip client for trip inclusions missed resulting from such delay.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
I understand this is a NON-REFUNDABLE trip, only time I a refund will be received is if Love Minus Limits, LLC cancels this trip.  You are agreeing to this by submitting payment. Any person and bank or financial institution returning non-refundable money back to our consumer will be sued for violation of the agreement set forth between our client and company.  Money can be transferred to to another guest with written notification to hello@loveminuslimitsl.org. 

Installment Fees:
If you agree to the monthly installment plan you are agreeing to stay on the agreed upon installment schedule. Installments will be invoiced on 15th of every month, if not paid by the due date of the 15th you will forfeit your registration and your spot will be available to someone else. No refund will be issued. Any trip not paid off in full by final payment date will be subject to cancellation. If a reservation is canceled, no refund will be issued. All cancellations are subject to loss of the initial deposit and payments received, no refund will be issued. 

NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES:

In the event of an Act of God or inclement weather, Love Minus Limits reserves the right to reschedule the trip for another time.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:
Room assignments in cabins will be made on a first come first served basis.

I UNDERSTAND & ELECTRONICALLY AGREE, AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; and I acknowledge and represent that I HAVE READ THE FORGOING Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Love Minus Limits.
