This challenge will help you develop new habits and mindset shifts to get started on your self-love journey. It is meant to be a jumping off point so that you can not only see the value in these self-love practices, but start to add simple habits to your daily routine.
Here are a few things to know about the challenge and what you can expect:
1. The challenge will last for 21 days, starting tomorrow.
2. You will be sent an email for each day of the challenge with information about that day’s task or habit for your self-love journey.
3. These are all actionable, but optional tasks. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s okay! Anything you don’t want to do or are unable to do that day you can put aside and simply write in your journal on that day.
4. You are given a calendar so you can see what to expect each day, plus a workbook to follow along with each day of the challenge as well.
