You're looking to grow your events program, delegate more to staff, and create more sustainable work/life balance.

Get the support you need and deserve by joining the Bookstore: Time to Thrive mastermind group!

Topics we'll cover

The mastermind consists of a 10-week session (we'll meet over Zoom on Thursdays from noon-1pm Eastern), offered 2-3 times a year with the size of each session capped at a maximum of 6 stores. This mastermind is designed for established bookstore owners with at least 3 years of store ownership under their belts (whether you started your store from scratch or took over a longstanding store). Each store may have both an owner and a manager participate.

The topics below are general topics I'm prepared to discuss, but we'll also have time to discuss whatever emergency du jour is overwhelming you that week. This flexibility is one of the main benefits of mastermind groups over courses.

Each session will cost $350 and can be purchased individually, or you can save $150 by purchasing three sessions up front!

Satisfaction guaranteed! Past mastermind attendees have found these sessions invaluable, but if you attend and don't find the program worth more than the cost, I will be happy to give you a full refund provided you give me honest feedback on how to provide more value going forward.

Our next 10-week session will start on August 17th, 2023. Priority is given to current mastermind students; after that the session will fill on a first-come, first-serve basis. So go ahead and and reserve your spot using the form below

Marketing & Events

How are you continuing to attract new customers to your store and bring back existing customers? Are you running your events as profit centers or losses? Do you have an established marketing workflow that you have delegated all or pieces of to your staff? What new marketing techniques are you experimenting with?

Efficiencies & Delegation

Are you the owner starting to feel like the bottleneck on your store's growth?. Creating efficiencies, systems, and learning to delegate more effectively will expand your store's potential immeasurably. We'll discuss best practices for learning to let your bookstore baby grow up and become more independent of you.

Planning for Sustainability

What's the longest vacation you've taken away from the store? Do you have a store emergency fund? Financial monitoring systems? You likely started your store to have more freedom, not less. Your store should be serving your goals, not become the worst boss you ever had.
