I am Deb Sarah, an Eating Disorder Therapist and Health Coach.
I am passionate about providing an alternative perspective to diet culture and empowering women to live their version of health without the attached self-blame, guilt and shame. I am HAES (health at every size) inclusive and believe that size does not indicate a person’s value or health status.
