The 3 step method to get back to running after having babies

Always wanted to know about what to do and how to do it to get back to running successfully after having kids?

In this 1.5 hour masterclass I'll teach you my simple 3 step method to get back to running safely without injury or pelvic floor issues!

Imagine just heading out for your run, without the worry of pain or leaking ruining your experience, but instead, you’re thinking about what route to take and how many miles you want to do!!

Being able to contract AND coordinate your pelvic floor activity WITH your daily activities is often a learned skill after having babies!

Signs that your pelvic floor is NOT coordinated: leaking when you sneeze or cough, or run or jump around with your kids. Other signs of pelvic floor dysfunction include ab separation, prolapse or joint pain (knees, hips, SI joint/back and pelvis).

You need to work on your pelvic floor muscles first in a voluntary way. Once that becomes easier,  you will no longer have to think about it as much.

Soon, your pelvic floor will be coordinating automatically every time you cough, sneeze, laugh, do the stairs, squat, or run!

And isn’t that an amazing feeling!! Not having to think about that sneeze that’s brewing or whether it’s “safe” to run after your toddler!

Watch this masterclass about the HOW TO of appropriately working on your pelvic floor so that you can focus on running and your family and not your pain, your clothing choices or your activity participation!

I've even included actual exercises you can try with me so you’ll walk away with things that you can start applying right away!!
